John Yingling
Director of Public Safety
John presently serves as the Director of Public Safety for Lycoming County. He oversees the operation of the County's 9-1-1 Center, Emergency Management Agency/Emergency Operations Center, Regional EMS Council Staff and the Hazardous Materials planning section. John is a 1983 graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management. John is a retired Major (Transportation Corps) United States Army. He is a native of Milton, PA and currently lives with his wife and two sons in Nippenose Valley.
