David is Director of Student Services at WASD and has held that position since 2003. David is responsible for supervision of school psychology and school counseling programs, school health services, instructional support staff and operations, school social work programming, student records, child accounting and other state reporting and school safety planning and operations. David arranged training and adoption of the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program in grades K-8. David holds a Bachelor of Science, Secondary Education degree from Bloomsburg State University and a Master of Science in Education from Bucknell University.
