Melody comes to us from Hope Enterprises Inc. (HEI), where she is Vice President of Planning, Development and Support Services. Planning and Development Focuses on facilitating the process of HEI's Strategic and Operational Planning. Support Services include oversight of nursing services, incident management, quality assurance, event planning, and staff training. Over the past 20 years plus she has held positions at HEI to include nursing, program supervision and training and support. Certifications are held in Non-violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention, Lay Responder First Aid and CPR/AED Instructor, Pennsylvania DPW/ODP Certified Investigator and Medication Administration Trainer. She is a member of the Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association (DDNA), as well as current Secretary for the Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Nurses Network (PADDNN). She has represented HEI as a loaned executive to the Lycoming County United Way the past three years. Melody is a 1979 graduate of the Williamsport Community College as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She resides in South Williamsport with her family.
