Kevin is Chief Administrative officer for the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County which includes human resource management for 106 full time employees, case management, facilities management, jury management and budget preparation. Kevin is also responsible for administrative support to Lycoming County's six District Justices. Kevin graduated from Lycoming College with a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy and then from Ohio Northern University, Ada Ohio School of Law, Juris Doctorate. He was the First Assistant District Attorney for Lycoming County responsible for 5 Assistant DA's and support staff, and was a partner with Candor Youngman Gibson and Gault.
