Chris is a highway safety specialist with the Lycoming Community Traffic Safety Project, providing services for Bradford, Lycoming and Tioga counties. Chris is also a Certified Prevention Specialist through the Pennsylvania Chemical Abuse Certification Board (PCABC). She has been in prevention education for 25 years, which includes West Branch Drug & Alcohol Abuse Commission and North Central Sight Services. Chris is a member of the Board, and past regional chair of the Pennsylvania Driving under the Influence (DUI) Association. She is a current member of the Penn DOT Safety Task Force, the Tioga County Partnership, and the Lycoming County DUI Advisory Council. She is a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. Chris earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in both English and Art from Mansfield State University.
