Tim has been employed in County Corrections' field since 1975. He is currently the Director of Treatment of the Lycoming County Prison/Pre Release Center. The County Prison accepts more than 2000 commitments each year. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Lycoming United Way and is the Chairman of its Community Building Committee. He holds a Master's Degree from Eastern Kentucky University after earning a Bachelor's Degree from Lock Haven State College (University).
