Doug is the District Executive Director for the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Northcentral District. Before his appointment he was the District Business Manager fro the Northwest District, PA Department of Health, Jackson Center, PA. Prior to that, he had served as the Administrative Officer for Venango County Mental Health/Mental Retardation, and Director of Domestic Relations for Venango County. He is a graduate of Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
