

Jim is the Vice President for Information Technology for Pennsylvania College of Technology. His areas of responsibility include academic computing, administrative computing, telecommunications, campus network, media services, instructional technology, distance learning, document services, mail services, and shipping/receiving services. A member of Penn College’s senior management team, he is responsible for strategic and long-range planning for all IT related initiatives. Jim attended Penn College after high school and earned his Associate’s degree in Computer Science in 1973. Twenty-three years later, he earned his B. S. in Technology Management also from PCT.
