

Susan is Director of Community Benefit/Outreach & Grants Administrator for Susquehanna Health. She also serves as the Executive Director of the Susquehanna Valley Rural Health Partnership, a nonprofit rural health network here in North Central Pennsylvania. She received her BS in Nutrition from College Misericordia, Dallas, PA, and her MS in Health Administration from the University of St. Francis, Joliet, Ill. She is also a graduate of the UCLA Health Care Executive Program at the Anderson School of Management and has earned her Certification in Grants Management. Susan has worked in a variety of settings from Clinical and Community dietetics to Occupational Health and Community Health Improvement. She enjoyed being an adjunct Nutrition professor at Alvernia College in Reading, Pennsylvania, and is currently an adjunct professor for Penn State at Penn College in Williamsport, Pa. She has authored numerous public health, nutrition and wellness articles in local, state and national publications and has presented at a variety of conferences and workshops at the local, state and national levels as well. Susan has a long history of serving on many community boards including previous service on the LCHIC Board and Executive Committee. Susan currently serves on the Boards of the PA Rural Health Association and The Susquehanna Greenway Partnership. Susan was awarded the 2000 Highmark Volunteer Award for Excellence in School Health. A native of the Williamsport area, Susan currently lives in Woolrich and enjoys fishing, hiking and diving.
