Geoff has worked full time in the substance abuse treatment and prevention field since 1981. He is co-chair of LCHIC’s Youth Development Task Force and was Vice President and President of the Coalition. Over the past 15 years the majority of his career has been focused on substance abuse prevention. He has served as Executive Director of Valley Prevention Services since its founding in 1991. Valley Prevention Services is a non-profit organization that provides substance abuse prevention services in Lycoming and Clinton Counties with offices in Williamsport and Lock Haven. Geoff has served on numerous task forces and coalitions in both counties over the last decade. He is also the past president of two statewide organizations; The Pennsylvania Driving Under the Influence Association and the Pennsylvania Prevention Directors Association. Geoff has a BA in Psychology from Mansfield University and a Masters of Public Administration from Marywood University.
